Return Policy

General Policy

We want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not fully happy, you may request a return provided the item is in unused condition, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Window

Returns must be requested within the specified return period, beginning from the date you received the order. Items returned outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding approval of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

Exchanges are possible only if the requested product is available. If the replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund or replacement. Evidence of the damage may be required before approval.
